Joyce Howard is a professional website designer. She has designed and maintained the Atlanta Dance website since 2002. She has been a computer professional since 1973 and has been designing websites for 15 years as owner of her own consulting business Advanced Systems.
Joyce has a bachelor’s degree in math and computer science from Furman University. She recently completed the Emory University course in website design and development.
Joyce began ballroom dancing in 1998 and has been active in the Atlanta dance community since then. She has been on the board of directors of the non-profit Atlanta Ballroom Dance Club and is currently their webmaster and email marketing director.
